All of our tile, mosaic deliveries are sent in a a tail lift HGV and will arrive on a pallet they will be delivered kerbside to the delivery address, If the kerbside of the delivery address is hazarders or obstructed (e.g no drop kerb nearby, gravel driveway, sloped areas) this may result in deliveries being made to alternative locations. If the kerbside has restrictions (e.g narrow roads) this may lead or delay or failure in deliveries. If the delivery address does have restricted access please leave a comment in the add a note section on check out. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. Please ensure someone is available to take delivery of your tile order.
We will aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days, between Monday and Friday and excluding Saturday and Sunday. This means that your order may arrive on the 7th working day, please feel free to contact us via email or telephone for an update.

Its Free to collect from our showroom located at Unit 2 Heathcote Street, Chesterton, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 7EB as soon as your order is available for collection you will receive an email advising you when your collection will be ready.
We aim to get all collections ready within 5 working days.
On collection please bring along a copy of the original order, customer name and order number.
If you could like to return any products to us within 30 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) the following applies;
You must report any returns to email () this must include amount of tiles / mosaics / product you would like to return and reasons for returning. Only full boxes of tiles will be refunded. You must return tiles and mosaics to Home Direct with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made within 10 working days after receiving back to Home Direct. A 30% restocking charge will apply to all returns at this moment in time. Home Direct reserve the right to not refund if the products are deemed as not being in resalable condition (e.g if boxes are damaged / tiles are damaged) If there is no proof of purchase or if the products are being returned after the 30 day period. Unfortunately we do not cover the costs of returns, however you can bring them into store personally to avoid this cost.
If on the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, we ask for you to report this to us with in 24 hours of receiving your order which is as follows; please send an email with customer name, order number, photos and description of damages received to and a replacement will be sent, you will receive this within 5 working days. If you fail to do so out side of this time scale unfortunately no replacement / refunds can be sent.
